Acceptance of Briheé's proposal signifies your acknowledgment and agreement with the following legal terms and conditions:
 
1. Payment Method: Briheé accepts payments online. Invoices will be regularly issued, reflecting the work completed up to that date. Flexibility in payment timelines may be considered, subject to the Client's payment policies. However, Briheé reserves the right to withhold progression to the next project stage until all outstanding invoices are settled in full.
 
2. Commencement of Work: Prior to commencing any work, a 100% total fee payment is mandatory. Briheé retains the discretion to delay the initiation of any work until the full deposit is received, especially for our monthly package offerings.
 
3. Quotations: Our quotations are formulated based on the visual brief provided and the anticipated time investment. Quotations may be subject to modification if additional work beyond the initial scope is required.
 
4. Commencement of Creative Work: No creative or artwork will commence until the agency receives written approval of the quotation and a deposit equivalent to 100% of the agreed costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. This stipulation ensures that Briheé is fully prepared to deliver the highest quality service and expertise throughout the project's entire duration, even if it involves multiple stages.
 
5. Copyright Ownership: The Company maintains full ownership of the copyright for all concepts and draft artwork, encompassing but not limited to videos, logos, symbols, compositions, and copy. Unauthorized use of these artworks by the Client is strictly prohibited. It is essential to note that utilizing artwork before payment is not only against our policy but also illegal.
